 sed backsliding on women’s rights and gender-based violence\, in particu
 lar against women in decision-making. What are the key entry-points to acc
 elerating women’s meaningful and safe participation in political and pub
 lic life? The UCLG-Women Facility will take a whole-of-society and whole-o
 f-network approach\, collectively joining efforts to tackle the old\, new 
 and systemic challenges of inequality and discrimination\, with women’s
