 by the UCLG Membership ahead of the upcoming World Water Forum and contrib
 ute to developing a joint position towards the Forum\, building on our exp
 eriences.The session will also be of use to feed the upcoming conversation
  of the Policy Council on the Right to the City: Reclaiming the Commons\, 
 and link the debates around water management with the common goods that th
 e constituency needs to protect\, in particular in regards to health\, rig
 ht to food and food systems\, and the role of local and regional governmen
